Returns
- Items eligible for return must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery
- Eligible return items: Belts, purses, plant hangers, bootstraps
- Items ineligible for returns: custom items, collars, chokers, leather tops, any item worn against bare skin, sale items
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping
Refunds
- Refunds will be given if the item is returned in its unused original condition and the item is returned within the stated time frame
